Please remove your number. This is a public forum. PM it to VD rather.
I have had a look on your number and yours is not a top up number. Yours was locked due to a call limit that is on the number. However I see there is a note on the system that the limite was deleted a two months back.

PM VD your number and perhaps he can have a look for you or perhaps give 082111 a try.

Hi All

Around 6pm last night there were a few top-up lines that were soft locked or credit limit exceeded. I did escalate this last night but will follow up this morning again.

Kindly send me any numbers that are currently affected , so i can personally see to your numbers.

Last night 2am I also received sms that said: "Manatory account limit reached- subscribers softlocked" and "...balance has now been exceeded. Line is softlocked". I hope this can be sorted soon.

Please tell me how to send you my number without making it public.

If you have a blackberry then i suggest you do a hardboot
