MTN to continue 2GB for R149 deal

Is this pre-paid or contract? I have the 8ta 2+1Gb deal at the moment but 0 reception in my townhouse.
 
meh, it would also help if they had stock of the modem, otherwise I would have signed up already.
 
I got this.. coverage + price wise its a good.. pity its 24 months tho but such is life

Anyone know if mtn still offers the wireless router on this package?
Increasing the max speed sounds encouraging, but are they still gonna shape users from next month?

What I would like to know, is why can't I have this on my phone? Currently I pay the same and all I get is 300Mb, 2Gb would be so much better.
