Seems like SAPO/Cape Mail is hiring a bunch of idiots lately because I had two parcel sent to me last week and both of them were first sent back to the post office they were sent from before it was sent to me.

What are those morons doing? Anyone else experiencing the same thing?

Busy with the same issue at Durban Mail, gonna phone them in a few minutes. Parcel gets returned to me withing 24 hours of arriving in Durban and no notification was sent to recipient in Durban was was first sent to us when it returned.

That's what it looks like and it's not the first time it has happened to us, what pisses me off is that they are nonchalant about their FU and you must pay them for a returned parcel. I have screen shots of DURMAIL not doing their job and oh yes, how is it possible a parcel takes a month from Cape Town to Durban?

Let me know once you figured out what they are doing. This is complete bullcrud and its very annoying.

gonna phone now.

Some PO do a good job whilst others could not care less (ask kilo about his PO mission), and they must get their act together and also employ people that do not steal and can read.

ooohh eehh eehhh What a nightmare dodging responsibility and making no sense lucky i have name and number and a voice recording.

no he said eehh eehh you know people make mistakes and eeh eehh you know some people. I told him that is exactly what some people are doing and instead of sending the parcel to the "to" address they are sending it to the "from" address.

Hey Hey

Had a similar issue this month too... with Postnet.

Sent 2 parcels... both clearly addressed with printed labels. Both parcel's waybill numbers corresponded with the recipients addresses. However, the recipients received each other's parcels. The local Plumstead Postnet could not understand to whom they were addressed to... I kept on stating the TO address on the Waybills. It took 12 days to sort out... one was returned to Plumstead and nearly sent back to the wrong person again...despite a clearly indicated TO address.

The other sat in Durban and the recipient was told on 4 occasions that it was not there. Four phonecalls to the Plumstead branch finally sorted that out as well.

I think from now on I'll use English & Xhosa & Zulu & Sesotho for the words TO and FROM. These morons are really being retarded. Can they even read?

Will you be able to provide me with the tracking numbers.
i would like to do some investigation.

Both of them are insured parcels, not sure if the same happens to PE EconoParcels or RD Registered Documents.

#1 is PA335373329ZA
#2 is PA316608786ZA

Look here, now tell me how and when Durmail told the recipient their parcel was ready for collection and gave them enough time to collect?

FFS its happening again. Have an insured domestic parcel inbound from George that I should have received yesterday already

Anyone else experiencing this too?

Cape Mail have been like this since the building was opened. Nothing new. Thank your lucky stars you don't live in Jhb. The Witpos hub is worse. I try and use Berco for all deliveries. In 5 years, not one hassle, even when customers mess them around.

I've also had a bit of Kak with the PO!

Ordered something from Pretoria, speedyservice, they sent it to george(instead of PE), but they didn't scan it, luckly the lady from the sending PO was very nice and somehow found my package in George, had it the next day..

Currently have 7 parcels coming my way in the system! I make sure I phone the tracking center each day, after like a couple days! Always fetch my stuf as soon as it arrives.
