Hi folks

I am glad to welcome D-Link to the forums with a team of guys which will assist you with D-Link related questions and support.

  • DLinkSA – General support
  • OorlogLem - Technical Manager
  • altuslourens - Senior Support Engineer
  • JackBauer24 - Senior Support Engineer
  • Green-Hydra - Junior Support Engineer

I am sure that they will add great value to the forums.

A very welcome addition to the forum - wishing you all many happy threads, posts and only the occasional flame-war.

Where is a link to their thread?

Welcome D-link

First questions: I am still happy with my DSL-2500U but .... any good promotions on upgrades? Are there anything better and faster that would give us better ADSL performance on our existing copper?

Welcome :).

Enjoy the forum. You'll be reading more than posting. I can assure you that :D

I hope they are more responsive than the response one gets when emailing them, which is close to zero. Oh and btw, it would be nice if your web site works and actually has the latest firmware, rather than having to go to a Russian site to get the latest.

I have a d-link adsl router that I plan to use when I get adsl

where are the goodies guys, dont just come empty handed...or else i will cry

I apologise for any inconvenience, we are currently updating our website. If you have any further questions you are welcome to PM us. Please do not load Russian Firmware as this may brick your device.

To everyone else, thank you. We will do our best to support you all :)
