Started a "live" chat 20 minutes ago, still waiting for a response.
Fscking useless company this.
I have never had a response there either. Once after 40 mins a consultants name came up, but still no response, even after another 40 mins.
Been over an hour now. I'm going to just open up multiple chat windows until somebody answers me.
I eventually phoned them, answered almost immediately. Asked about the chat thing, and he said there are no problems with it as far as he knows. But he was going to send it to tech team to have a look. Apparently not. Rather just call them and get whatever you need done.

I got one sentence so far, telling me my account is not capped and I must restart my router. Fscking tools.
I'm going to carry on and see how bad this gets.

I know you have and I appreciate it but it doesn't address the issue that there is a live chat option on your website that does not work, or is manned by a chimpanzee that has been trained to type "reboot your router".
Like so many other things with Vox, nothing ever seems to get fixed properly so I don't mind being frustrated out of my mind in the hope that my perseverance will pay off.
Vox's live chat is bad for your company, either disable it or employ people to man it. Whoever "Queen Tau" is (on live chat) should be fired, this is most useless person I have ever encountered.

I'm starting to lose my cool a little.
Ticket sent at 9.55AM this morning, about 20 live chats (where I was offered a temporary account which never materialised), Facebook, Twitter and MyBB rage and a phone call assuring me I would get a callback before the end of the day.
It's now 5.08PM, account still capped.
Think I should just give up now and cut my losses, still have 83GB on my fatpipe account though that I would like to use up before the end of the month.
Almost the end of the day and my account is still capped.
