Why is Internet Solutions in the list - they're resellers aren't they?

How on earth did WA get better value than MWEB??? Those poor, naive WA customers.....

I think MWEB is slipping due to the lack of being able to release a simple pricing. Afrihost did it & so should they have.

Will have to wait & see.

Thats what happens when you release such early competitive pricing & well done for doing so. Look at how MWEB were praised when they shook the ADSL market up a few months ago. They were voted top. At the end of the day all you guys want is business & all we want is a great reliable service from a team who continues by adding value to their current offerings.

I've got a redafrica account - 30GB anytime and 100GB nighttime - for R 199 at 4 Mbps, can MWEB beat that? The speed is great, absolutely no downtime, just some latency issues when gaming from time to time...
Its not bad, if you only use 130GB in a month. And, that was a very limited special, its not a standard WA offering.

It's all a matter of timing. If they run this survey in a month's time when mweb have their new pricing out, you will see a different "winner".

I agree. Flavour of the month as the saying goes.

May be, but even though I am a Mweb uncapped client, I still have a soft spot for Afrihost, due to their early reductions of capped accounts a couple of years ago.

Agreed. Thus far I've moved from Afrihost -> Web Africa (Red Africa) -> Mweb (Uncapped)

One thing I have to agree with also is that Afrihost is the best in terms of ease for use. Even though I'm staying (currently), MWEB's interface is the worst of the lot.

As I have for WA for the years of great service I have had (even if they are not the cheapest).

Totally agree with you!, Afrihost lets you click a few buttons and your cancellation is done and dusted, with mweb you have to fill in forms and they call you, it's just a mess.
