The web site at https://www.icloud.com/ is out of beta, and now includes Reminders and Notes. You can now add a reminder or note on the web site and it'll appear on your iPhone or iPad.

Noticed a slightly different login to Find My iPhone as well, but yeah, like bwana said been using iCloud for a while now and can't say I noticed the "beta" graphic.
