HTC One Android smartphone unveiled

Not sure if this is much better than the Sony Experia Z which is getting some good reviews. Looking forward to full reviews.

Interested in the double speakers but not so happy about the battery and no expandable storage.

This looks amazing... I just don't like the tile feature for the home screen, as long as I can remove that then this will be my next phone :D

Its a 2300 mA battery and should give you well more than a day even when using heavily. The phone also comes with a 25GB Dropbox account so with a at least 32GB storage option and Dropbox, there should be plenty of storage.

It will be removable, but try it before you decide you don't like it...

It should be in a competitive contract price. HTC South Africa will release pricing as soon as it is available.

If you are a real rep for HTC you should contact the admin at Mybroadband and have them indicate that you are a official representative of HTC.

This smartphone is impressive! I hope it will have an impressive price too!

This is the kinda phone that Blackberry should have launched with.

Awesome awesome AWESOME phone! :)

Am I the only one who thinks they're almost pulling a Windows Mobile 8 move with the tiles though?

I rely want one, hoping/thinking it still has it's round corners on the G-glass. Loved the One-x, LOved it for the full month, had it until I got pick pocked. still have the 24 month contract and to this day I look at my google play/apps to see if it ever logs on/turns on again :( but it doesn't. have "Plan B" installed but hasn't worked out for me...

Damn, this phone is just sexy all over! Been quite a while since I've drooled so much. Will definitely upgrade my HTC sensation with this gorgeous powerhouse ;)

Just want to tell you this since you're a rep and might say this to the right people. You know what kills HTC sales? Firmware support, HTC simply leaves their users on old Android versions and expect them to buy the new HTC with the newer version. Problem is people will only get bitten so many times before they buy something else like Samsung seeing as their support is better.

I own two HTC devices at the moment the newest of the two being the Sensation. Now the Sensation was the direct competitor to the Samsung Galaxy S2. So prior to the recent S3 and One X these were the flagship devices for the two companies.

Guess which company rolled out ICS and Jellybean and who didn't, guess who had a locked bootloader and who didn't? Samsung supported their device, HTC told their customers to jump off a bridge.

Now as a guy who's owned about 4 HTC devices in total, I feel that HTC can go jump off a bridge next time I go shopping I will buy Samsung or the Nexus device or whom ever supports their product and respects their customers. How do you turn loyal customers away? Ask HTC, "quietly" stupid

Just so you know in the US the flagship device HTC One X(dual core version) doesn't have Jellybean. HTC One S yep you guessed it no jellybean. These devices were literally launched the other day and they're flagship devices.
