Cannot login, iBurst website, Business Link

Good Day,

One of my clients cannot login on the iBurst website.

They get an XML error.

Image attached.


They are on a Business Link.
Also, can they receive weekly usage emails?

I also get a error when i logon, i cannot check my utilization
