Afrihost Mobile launches 10GB for R197

Why not make mobile one get an extra free gig, making it R50 a GB. 5GB is too much and 1GB is not enough.

@kwaggawerner
Yes. You simply change the package (there's a change package button) and change to whatever. Just remember to take note of the last date you can do it (iirc 25th).

I heard if you are an existing MTN subscriber, you can bolt these packages on your existing sim card by using a different APN, can someone explain to me how i would go about doing this?

okay wow

shorter promotion period than the 5 for 2 promotion but wow.

If you sign up for an APN data product, we don't deliver a SIM, as your would use your MTN contract SIM to access our APN for data on the MTN network. So you'll get calls and SMSes from MTN but data from us. Also, no need to RICA again, becuase your SIM will already be RICAd.

Just make sure you opt for the correct product, as we have to provision the number correctly on our side for your use and to allocate your data. Thereafter you can manage your data directly in ClientZone.

APN access products will be available on commerical launch on 5 Sept :)

I believe so. That is why I am staying away. I had a bad experience with MTN with my previous 2 year cell phone contract. Got an Edge (2g) connection 90% of the times where I stay in Pretoria.

MTN are always expanding their network, and they are building new 3G and LTE towers all the time. We truly believe that they are the best network for us to partner with for Mobile Data :)
