That guy used to work for Barclays Bank once. They had his name on all their SA credit cards and cheques. :)

The example was fine the personal connection was not if they had said something like 'The waffles you ate looked great and robots don't like waffles.' that would have been fine.

They can always take a leaf out of the ANC book of PR:

1) The media quoted us out of context
2) Apartheid
3) We never asked for Twitter so we're not acknowledging responsibility for the tweet

Argh, they were obviously trying to be funny. This guy must be super insecure about his weight or something. Does everyone have a stick up their *hole?

Why? It's hilarious. The fact that this guy wasn't fired the moment he emitted the first tweet is astounding; the fact that they still aren't vetting his content is even more so. I'd have been furious if some corporate marketing shill was trawling through my history in order to prove that he was human.
