Is mine broken?

Even with default wallpaper it just becomes a blur; can't hardly make out text.

When I go in settings & enable Spotlight Suggests & Bing Web Results & back to Spotlight & search brings up now web results & I go back to settings & these 2 options are not enabled again.

Any ideas or I'm I doing it wrong.

Changing from default to SwiftKey KB makes no difference.

Okay I see: "Spotlight Search Suggestions are available only for the following countries.

Australia Austria Belgium Canada France Germany Ireland Italy Japan (No Maps) Netherlands New Zealand Spain Switzerland UK US"

But this still not explain the hard to make out text only in Spotlight Search.
 
I had the same problem as you. This seems to be a bug. Did you by any chance change the increase contrast or reduce motion? I think one of those could be the cause. Reboot your iPhone and it should go back to normal.

Good man; restart & working now; text all clear. Just a pity RSA cant take advantage of the enhanced Spotlight Search.
