Ubuntu is everywhere

Dunno ... I'd imagine a BSoD is the last thing you'd want to see on the International Space Station :D

Yup, show me a satellite running on Windows and then we can talk about it being reliable.

For that matter show me a satellite running on an Intel processor...Although That might have changed since I left the industry.

I think the last time I saw BSoD was in Windows Vistas days, however on Linux Mint my keyboard stops working after couple of hours, then a reboot is required. Just sayin no software is perfect, but Windows 7 and Windows 10 gives me less hassles.

Interesting. I saw my Windows machine blue screen two days ago. The Windows 10 Blue screen is just too plain.

My Windows PC (win 8) BSODs at least once or twice a week.

Sounds like computers aren't for you. Or you just buy cheap hardware that have dodgy drivers.

It's about 7 years old so there is that - think the RAM might be a bit faulty. - for the most part it doesn't bother me, I restart it and it works like a charm.

I've used Ubuntu/Mint/Arch/Fedora/Suse + OSX plenty so I think I know my around thanks.

Yup - credit where it is due. Win 7 is probably MS's best release ever and I can honestly say that when I have used it, it has been quite stable.

Where I am now, we have at least 50% of our staff on Ubuntu (or derivatives like Zorin).

There are people on our roads that have driven cars for years and they still don't have a clue - so unfortunately using a computer doesn't mean competency.

Windows 10 is leagues better than 7. Even if it is a botnet.

Ive always been a fan of Ubuntu. Good to see how well they're doing.
