I'm not sure if I'm mis-remembering, but since when are you no longer able to post to WA's FB wall or review them on FB? I'm pretty sure this hasn't always been the case. Is this just another move to keep criticism out of the public's eye?

More or less the vibe I get. I always get a bad feeling when companies start restricting avenues for public criticism.

Now the average Joe has Twitter or their official support channels, the latter which is completely useless most of the time.
 
It's very telling isn't it? Their customer service certainly leaves much to be desired and I doubt their facebook page would look good at all.

I think that is a fair assumption.

Of course the flip side is when things go well, then one won't be able to complement them but maybe they know that compalints far outweigh compliments, so therefore do not allow :)
 
Well not surprising since their network is completely unusable as of late

Hi Zulani,

Definitely not the case as you are able to post to our Twitter page, Google+, post here and many other places to voice any issues you have. You can also message us directly on Facebook as well.

Is there anything I can assist with perhaps?
