Best and worst ADSL ISPs in South Africa

interesting, that Afrihost pricing is pretty much the same as Axxess, yet their value for money is a few places below

also in no way is Crystal Web below Cybersmart lol
 
Why is Internet Solutions on there? Didn't they close Plugg? CrystalWeb and WebAfrica use IS though and their stats are lower. Weird.

Axxess has 3 month roll over which is a HUGE draw card for most of us on capped accounts.
But I do agree about Cybersmart and CW :crylaugh:

Plugg are still around.

Plugg, IC & Gridhost come to mind, but I would also like to know who falls under "Internet Solutions", as they normally fair badly in these polls but this time round...

Over the past year or two we've faced some challenges but we are working relentlessly to get back to the top again. I am super proud of our whole team at Afrihost and am incredibly excited about the future!

Lack of transparency, and Crystal Web results that do not tie in at all with the performance of the company based on the feedback thread on the same forum that runs the poll.
 
why not just have a regularly updated dedicated link that displays this information instead of this article every time.
 
Some feedback on how the results are calculated. From the previous survey we started to use a third party to process the results. We send them the raw data, and get the processed results back.

Regarding Cybersmart’s strong performance: I suspect that it is a result of their Lightspeed FTTH service. They offer a great service at a very competitive price, and, like Vumatel, consumers rate FTTH products highly.
