Its going to a lot more convincing for me to go over to M$. I still feel the pain from the ie days....

As long as you’re using one of the Big Three, you can expect performance to be solid. There is certainly room for improvement, but Chrome, Firefox, and Edge are all quite capable.

I don't really give a crap about tests like this.
It comes down to features (extensions, plugins) and device cross-compatibility.

With Edge you can't drag URL to the desktop or other folders.
 
IE has left a bad enough taste in my mouth to convince me never to try an MS browser again...

Firefox, Opera and Safari all sync tabs and bookmarks between desktop and mobile browsers. Nothing new.

May as well just use Chrome if you're into Opera. When I was an Opera user that company would drive me up the wall with their slow and useless updates.

Now that's an impartial source. :p

I would use Safari on the go if I had a MacBook, but all other times I'd use Firefox or Chrome. Safari is so ugly it makes my eyes hurt.

Yea nothing new, just chrome is already installed on my computer and phone on reset or fresh install.

I want to be able to use Chrome as my main browser. There is a subtle quality to its rendering that I just love, and it has a more modern UI than the competition. I always end up back on Firefox however - they just crush the others with its functionality.

Flashgot extension - by now how can all browsers not let you choose if you want to download normally or send to a download manager?!
Live RSS folders - why have other browsers not copied this amazing Firefox feature? No other reader comes close.
Flagfox - all the Chrome equivalents no longer place the flag in the address bar, and they look ugly.
LastPass - due to Chrome limitations it often can't autofill certain login screens. Infuriating. No such issue in Firefox.
Search - Chrome's uni bar thing just isn't as fast as the Firefox search bar.
Security standards - Chrome's stance against certain technologies and vulnerabilities can be a serious pain in the ass.
Drag & drop bookmarks - Incredibly, Chrome can't do this.
 
Yea must be honest and say none of that bothers me. More my laziness than anything else I guess. That and half of it working just fine with either chrome or other apps.
 
If you do a lot of website work, and also need some great productivity tweaks, give Vivaldi a try...

Does it remember the last window position? Not asking for something more complicated like sensing user's window stacking preference. ;)

Mine does as well on both counts. Not impressed with either feature. On the first count, never had an issue on the second cannot say when it became available just noticed it one day.

Use Edge exclusively now except for one site that still insists on IE. That site will not work with any other browser.
Used Chrome yesterday only because my daughter wanted me to update Chrome. Used Chrome in Ethiopia, because the hotel's internet access could not be activated in any browser other than Chrome.

Putting it simply it means, dragging URL still doesn't work. ;)
