Absa Premium to replace Platinum Banking

Question is whether they can deliver said package as experience.
 
This process was done so badly. The change was done a few days ago yet no concrete details or information was sent to clients.
 
I am looking at switch to this account but I am a bit concerned about the bank charges. I am with them now with a gold check account that i have had all the years for which they said there are set charges per month but i far exceed that and i hardly draw any cash and use less than free withdrawls. Seriously looking at capitec

"Absa rewards may also be added for an extra R23 per month", so you have to pay to get rewards? And let me guess they cap your rewards at R20.....

Actually no. You've always paid for the rewards service but depending on spend and tier can get back quite a bit. Most I've had is around R350 cash.
 
I bet this will happen:-
Go to the ATM or try buy something and your card is stopped because it's been transferred to "Premium"
 
All i know is my wife who's account is with capitec pays way less bank charges than me and I mainly transact online. She withdraws money at ATM's other than Capitec like its normal and yet still pays way less than me the bank with ABSA.
