Legalities aside, they're trying to maintain a high standard of user. People who share back what they take (rare in our neck of the woods) and don't talk about Fight Club (it's the first freakin' rule!) are naturally preferred.
It's obviously not an entirely effective system, but it's better than nothing.

I got invite to Ninja Central while ago but never logged on. The invitation only lasted 24 hours AFAIK.
More peeps are working on it. I am currently on one that I got invited to about 3 weeks ago. Pretty cool. Perfect for getting Howard Stern shows.

Why not use open, international torrent sites? Get's the stuff way before the local sites, no ratio to deal with, and it'll push up the international use averages for telkom, especially for those with TelkomInternet accounts.

The crap is, the ' BIG ' local torrent site, the one gay for martial arts, have discontinued my acc. My ratio wasn't to their liking apparently.
