Broadband cable won’t be ready for 2010

Now that they dont have the deadline of the world cup, things will slow down and I expect the cable to go live in say 2012. Thats the only reason things have progressed around here, the world cup! Without we will go along at the usual slow speed of africa time.

Would we have got the gautrain at all if it were not for the world cup? Seacom? Even this cable! Taxi recapitilisation? Airport upgrades?...
 
And you really expected those clowns to do it on time?
 
If you and I lied on the job about the completion of a project we would be booted out. Watch, she will never be held liable for her telling of lies. In fact, the ability to lie seems to be a pre-requisite for membership in the ANC.
 
no worries, we can transmit the world cup in HD by smoke signals while beating the foreigners....
