R 3.7billion Telkom fine still possible

Anti-competitive? Y'think? Though to be fair, I don't really blame Telkom. I blame the government. I don't expect Telkom or any other business to WANT competition, but I expect government to get out of the way and let competition do its thing. Telkom are just making the most of a market that has been handed to them on a silver platter, courtesy of the government.
 
While it would be right if they are fined just keep in mind that the people that currently own this country also own telkom, they won't let this go down that easily.
 
As Telkom customer, I hope they don't get fined. They gonna turn around and just get the cash from us, in some or other way. And I'm running out of KY :p

yup, if they get fined we'll be footing (or feeling:P) the bill!
 
Fine away, the money comes from shareholders, those well connected gits.
TELKOM will not be able to recover the moneys by loading the cost of services, not in the current climate where everyday the playing field becomes a little bit more level.

TELKOM execs need to be hung, drawn and quartered.
The end is nigh.
