From all the bitching I take it none of you got a letter? Wander then why you also still moaning that you spend so much at Telkom? I have tried this Pinnacle thing and when you dial the normal number 375375 you enter your number and I take it they route you to a Pinnacle group. My call was answered in no time and I got good response times to fix my problem. I am impressed!
im actually trying to get further and further away from qualifying for pinnacle, until such time that Telkom gets exactly ZAR-NIL from me![]()
