Thank you for the apology Google! It is SO refreshing to see someone doing their homework, owning up, taking corrective action AND apologising!
Imagine if Google was a South African business under typical BEE management - bug passing, finger pointing, bribery ... you name it. An apology? NEVA, Neva-Eva!
