Uncle rpm has offered to help setup a meeting with Neotel - he has asked me to avoid going the legal route, instead, try doing this another way - I am keen to see how this works out.

If you are having problems with your Neotel - please PM me, don't give me a long bloody story please (we all have our own! ;) ) instead - just give me a break down of the problem... EG: (mine) Slow line - since 25th of May (but has been happening often since I got Neotel) - what area you are in - your PN - your RSSI - ... I think that's it for now. You can include contact details if you need too.

I'll compile a list then and send it to uncle RPM and then see what we can do about this.

I need to get this done ASAP - so if you know a MyBB member who is having Neotel problems, please get him to PM me ASAP.

Remember to please keep it brief and give me the information I asked for.

will pm you my details mate.

If you dont mind me asking, why avoid going the legal route? Feel free to ignore the question if you dont want to answer. Just curious as this is the route i am thinking of going if my connection is not sorted by Friday.

I'll PM you ......... 1st I have to find out what PN and RSSI is though

Would it also not be a good idea to include a list of logged ticket numbers?

The more information you give, the better, but I don't want a ton of info - I will put it into a nice Word document and pass it on.

Uncle RPM has suggested that going the legal route is a complete waste of time - maybe he knows what he is talking about... I don't know, either way, he is willing to help by setting up (or trying too) a meeting with Neotel and this way, maybe we can get our issues solved.

In the PM's, be as nice and organised with the information as possible please.

I will send my info as well, I dont have probroblems with speed, only got a problem that my connection disconnects now and then

My Neoflex is still complete and utter crap. I will PM you what you require tonight when I get home, assuming I can actually use the AxessManager app to access my modem for once.

When you doing the Telkom prices meeting...
Can I Pm you in advance

can i come to the meeting too?....no i am not a neotel customer...but i would love to talk to the techies :)

Man, you jokers!! SOD OFF! :)

This is a serious thread for serious Neotel users who need to SERIOUSLY fix their problems!

FYI: Jokers... Goto TK!!!! ;)

I'm thinking I might need the following information:

Name

Address

Neotel Number

Ticket numbers logged
Include all, even if it's multiple different numbers, names of people you spoke too

Contact Number

Contact E-mail

Brief description of problem and when it started

RSSI

PN

Product
Prime or Flex etc.

If you feeling helpful, dump this into a .doc file and e-mail it to me gdirsa [at] gmail [dot] com

The more information you provide, I'll keep private, toss into a .zip file and send it to rpm and he can help us from there and please give as much info as you can, it would be very irratating to have to PM you asking for X and having to wait X hours/days for a reply ;)

If you think you need to include something; please do.

funny how everyone loves to complain , but no-one likes to put in even the slightest effort to get something done...

Come on! The rest of you, send me ya details!!!

I'm willing to do the work for you!!!

Gdiza, i believe you cant get an PN and RSSI number off the neoflex device! just to let others know...

will do mate thanks - when i get home tonight.

I have not had much problems with them. I guess the only really is that they have not called me back. Last year in October they said coverage will begin in my area in 4 months. They took my details and promised to call - but 8 months later still no call. I guess they have no coverage in my area then.
