Who is still having problems?

I called 6 times and they never called back, then I had a friend who got Neotel (since then cancelled his contract) but he lives near to me, and I had to call them to get access.

Neotel have ALOT to learn! :)

gdiza I have had very little problems with them on my Prime device/contract. I have to be honest and say that Neotel has outperformed Telkom in reliability - scary ain't it !!!

gdiza, you have PM.

I'm now sitting in a bar in London, BTOpenzone - skyped my wife with a quality that would put Neotel line to shame. What a pleasure to experience 1st world service.
Thanks for taking up the cause.

I think important general questions to be raised if there is a meeting are: ( Besides culmination of individual complaints )

A) Bandwidth Monitoring
B) Network Status / Planned Upgrades / Downtime Updates ( Via a Portal / SMS / Email )
C) Lack of call centre information when logging a fault / problem i.e Better and more accurate information with timeframes for resolution instead of 'I'm not sure / I don't have that information.'

I'll make a note of this in a seperate document which I'll include with everything else.

I had a snotty reply from a 'user' today saying that I'm probably enjoying seeing everyone suffer while I enjoy my super fast speeds on Neotel.

I didn't even bother to reply to the moron in question because if he had BOTHER to read the NEOTEL section, he'd know that I'm suffering too... 10KB a sec was my test earlier.

Suffice to say, I deleted his message and didn't bother to reply!

Dont forget the usual "we will call you back" reply and nobody ever does.

Hey gdiza thanks for all the effort! I have sent my details to your gmail address in a .doc file, hope it helps.

gdiza, on my one I sent you, can you stick on there that now im averaging 4kB/s. Its retarded. Also, when are you going :D?

Information has been sent off to rpm and we'll see what happens from here - either way, I'll keep you all updated in some form or another.

I have problems still, I have Neoflex and this problem as been happening for like 4weeks.... I'm sick and tired of calling the call-centre. They never return my calls

why arent we allowed to go legal route? I have paid R999 every month for a service I didn't have? It feels like I'm being robbed. :(

rpm says it's a big waste of time and money - so we trying things his way.

I've sent the details onto him, he is going to try organise a meeting with Neotel.

I'll know more when I know more.
