Google Maps Street View coming to SA

I hope they replace my broken wall before they drive down my street. :(

On that point... who really wants to look at mile after mile of walling anyway? :confused:
 
BTW: Google has partnered with Toyota on this project and will use the 'green' Prius to travel around. Hope this will make the treehuggers happy ;)
 
anybody want to guess the statistical likelihood of seeing road traffic violations or crimes in progress captured on Camera, compared to... say... the USA? :D
 
So when the Prius get's 'jacked we'll get to see the Google Streetview of what happens to all our stolen cars.
 
It's going to give birth to a new wave of criminals in SA. They can simply google to find houses without much protection. :)

At least there's Telkom with their piddly caps to hinder them :D
 
Maybe we should get a bet going - 1. How long it will take before it gets hijacked and 2. in which city?
 
Google street view car has just been spotted driving on the N3 near Pretoria. Lol South African techno freaks are not as slow as they look.. I bet before the day is out there will be pics online.
