Axxes Pay as you Go 1GB turned into 5GB

I am using axxess once my Helkom bandwith has reached its limit.
I have a few accounts, the one account is a Pay as you go 1GB account with axxess.

Somehow my 1GB account turned into a 5GB. I have only paid for 1GB though. Is this normal? Is axxess going to bill me at the end of the month for the 5GB that I have used? Or is it a loop hole?
Automatic Top up is disabled and I cant activate it.

Anybody else experineced this?

Well if you ordered a 1GB account they're not allowed to charge you for anything else.... but if nothing comes of it, I don't suppose you could complain.... :p

I ordered a 2Gb local prepaid and got 2.4Gb for R12!!

Just received a sms from axxess.

Dear Axxess Subscriber, usage on account [accoutname] at 13-Sep-09 15:00 reflected: Total bandwith used:3.27GB Accoutn limit: 1.00GB
