Is anyone else getting this message often? Its starting to get annoying - I couldn't get it reset, and had to logon with a Telkom account to post this.

...and according to their usage monitor, I've used 650MB of 5GB.

why don't you pm Gian, he seems pretty helpfull

Just want to see if others are getting this as well - if its a frequent thing - Afrihost needs to know.

I've seen posts in various different threads with people getting similiar messages.

phone/pm them :)

i have not gotten this error at all.

Had the same issue last month when i signed up. emailed support and they sorted it out within a few hours of the email. They said the dns needed to be changed and I must restart my modem/router.

You can pm or email me ([email protected]) your clientzone username and I will see what the story is!

Gian.

I've emailed them - but this is the 3rd time in 5 days that I've gotten this - and I've seen in some other threads, so have others.

Changed back to my afrihost account and its still saying capped:
5.000 GB 695.982 MB 4.320 GB 2009-10-01 2009-10-31 No - 13.59% used

Emailed Gian.

EDIT: Also didn't hear back from support.

EDIT1: Just submitted a support 'ticket' - didn't do that before.

I have had this issue last month where it capped me when i still had loads of bandwith left. No problem this month though.

Support called me, after:
1.) Rebooting router
2.) Clearing cache
3.) Trying different browsers

I'm still capped :(

Guys a bit off topic but how does afrihost offer its bandwidth for so cheap i mean whats the catch ?

Does it say capped in your usage in the client area?
Or are you only getting the capped page but it says you're not capped in client area?
