What packages do you want to see?

Prices, speeds, protocols, times, connections, contentions, etc.

CambodiaDave

I love me news servers, so I don't really care about latency, so maybe some "download" packages and some "gamer" packages, for those that love their online gaming

I love news server, http second. No-gaming

edit: After 6pm full speed please. During office hours 256 throttle is fine.MSN please.

20~30GB international torrent downloads, 256~384Kbps (full speed) after hours (1am~8am) for R300 per month. No access during office hours.

I want full speed torrent and news (384k) local and international. That way, I don't have to keep switching accounts. Skype, MSN and Google Talk must work, as must Steam. Browsing and e-mail (Google). Uncapped. Max R400 per month.Would be fine if throttled to 256 during the day, burst to 512 after hours and weekends.

Well I would still like access during office hours, so I'd say if the amount downloaded during office hours, then throttle like IS perhaps, and from 8pm to 8am full speed (as I do sometime work from home)

+1

I would like to see the same......

i would keep it simple and only have two packages. one for business and one for consumers. configure the business package for voip, mail, vpn, etc... block the porn, torrents, crap, etc that businesses do not need. consumer package configure for games, torrents etc...

these guys explain how to be the best ISP.

http://arstechnica.com/tech-policy/news/2009/12/the-coolest-isp-in-the-world.ars

as for speed 512kb is good your edge over the other ISP is that you do not limit bandwidth. i would rather have more than faster.

Okay... All I want is my money back... DigiChilli has now become a full blown test account! And that is not what I signed up and paid for.

Offer single connections schemat and the 2 connections
make min speed 384kps

1 MEDIUM at R600

1 HOT at R1200

1 MEGA HOT at R1600 = 4 mbps

Just an idea

HTTP HTTPS SMTP POP3 IMAP during the day, 08h00 to 18h00 weekdays
Gaming and downloading from 18h00 to 08h00 weekdays
Full speed during weekends minimal shaping
Minimum speed of 256-384kbps
Being able to use torrents and news during the off peak hours is important
If you can offer this for R500 a month I will be on it like a cat on a hot tin roof

If we look at what's available overseas why are we even talking capped at all. Just make the speeds and pricing models better and i think that will make a difference.

I think this is good .. but remember some of us dont have R500, that is why we signed for R300 (that is already cutting it thin)

256 (bursting at 384) R300
512 (bursting at 1m) R500
1m (bursting at 4m) R1000

my 2c

1mbs up to 4mbs for R1000 - too expensive, no1 should have to pay that much for something we should be getting for R200

We as the consumers have to DEMAND cheaper and faster uncapped options.

4mbs uncapped account for no more then R500p/m, thats what we should be demanding!

Torrents, News servers and browsing (plus Youtube) is all I really need.
