Thanks for taking one for the team bro.

they really have to provide "good service" for that type of money...when will these people realise telecoms is a volume business. the more people you sign up the more money you make...

@ that price it will cost R900 per 3GB  if this is true.. thats a lot worse raping than Telkom just faster and i think the whole pay for faster connection and per gig is the biggest rip off of SA it should be per gig or per speed not both. Seems they went with per gig but factored in speed at an insane cost[since its per gig, low usage should have worked out cheaper].

Maybe she was trying to impress him. Sounds like it worked too.

Well, when will people notice the government involvement here. Did anyone really think Neotel was going to provide some magical competition and suddenly we will have true broadband in SA?
Here's an easy prediction to make (using some basic high school economics knowledge): Neotel will not be able to offer any real competition to Telkom. This, in turn, will give Telkom the perfect excuse to justify their harmfull business practices. Thus, a few years from now, the situation will be worse than it is now.
Sorry to be so pessimistic, but unfortunately, I am propably correct here...

30c/MB is R300/GB.. you sure she wasn't sloshed as well? :)

I dont think so info can be trusted to be honest, no offense to the source

the point i'd like to make is that if you read their website, neotel says that they preferr wireless last mile service to clients. Being 30% ( or was it 40%) government owned, this will only translate to one thing, Neotel = TelkomWireless. IMO don't expect anything to get much cheaper :\

How will they respond

The traditional SA way ( A witchHunt to find the guilty Snogger)

or

Ignore this story for what it is. A load of B*S* that will wash off in the Shower

by the way, It sounds like a hoe down, rolling around in the Sh*t

Please neotel, pray tell
