I'm getting frequent 'Connection Timed Out' messages for various websites, local and international.
Refreshing often helps, but I might need to refresh a page a few times.
All websites are taking long to load! Pinging overseas websites has a packet loss of between 7% - 16%.
I'd say it's been happening the last few weeks. I'm on a 4096 Kbps connection.
I have tried using dsl-cache.saix.net:8080 as a proxy, but to no avail.
Any ideas what's going on? Is it just me?
