I don't think it's needed, but it should be default on all graphics cards if I'm not mistaken. I remember games like MOH and Mafia used it to create better looking textures, so turn it on and see for yourself 
Okay, you do realize what a moron I am right? AGP textures on PCIE???? 
I missread, there shouldn't be such a thing except if you had an AGP card installed previously and there's a stuff up with the drivers somehow, I highly doubt it's needed

) my games would intermittently have display problems with intro videos etc. I disabled it yesterday to troubleshoot, so far so good, I just found it weird that the option is suddenly greyed out.
