ADSL not working well at all???

Hey guys,
ok...well since early this morning I have had problems with my ADSL basically not working at all.

I have tried with my IS local only account and that starts loading pages then all stops and doesnt carry on.

I have tried with a friends caped ont int Telkom account and with that the same thing happens but its MUCH slower than the IS account.

Also the weird thing is when I tried to log in with my Cybersmart account it doesnt want to connect... Iv double checked my log in details loads of times and they are correct.

I have reset my router and even booted up into my XP partition (Vista is my main OS) and no difference at all.

So now im completely confused. I synch properly at my normal synch speed and I can log into both a SAIX and IS account but not my Cybersmart account and also I cant browse with either the SAIX or IS account. I tried loading various local sites including this one on both of the IS and SAIX account and it doesnt load at all.

Im wondering is Telkom maybe didnt change my port on the DSLAM exchange and thats why I cant log into my Cybersmart account and maybe the port is damaged and thats why my internet is basically dead?

Logging into the IS and SAIX accounts take quite a bit longer as well.

So now im not sure if its just me. If it is, I have no clue what the problem could be.

So maybe one of you could help me with my problem?

I tried to call Telkom 0800 375 375 around 4:45 pm... gave up holding the line at 5:30 pm... I am so farking sick of that Telkom Tune... you would think that a company that made Billions of Rands in revenue the last few years could change their freaking hold tune once in a frikkin decade??? :mad:

anyways... it looks like the problem is pervasive... I'm using my 3G card at the moment. :(
 
Hmm, ok.
Well at least im not the only person with the problem.

I really hope it get sorted out soon! Its bloody pathetic!!!

Good luck getting through to them! ;)
 
Saturday Morning 8 am... still down :(

I think Johnny Telkom must have bumped over the entire server rack.. and now they trying to figure out which wire goes where.
