    MTN don't offer password protection to prevent SIM swaps

    I went to MTN to ask them to assign me a PIN in order to prevent SIM swaps since these are becoming more prevalent. MTN told me that they don't provide this service. If someone tries to SIM swap me then nothing will happen without my PIN. Why won't MTN offer this service as it is common in the US.

    Watch out for scareware emails from "1-grid" about losing your Domain

    For the second time I have received an email saying that they are 1-grid and that I have not renewed my Domain. I need to do it immediately or I will lose my Domain. I would love to know how they get this information. Is it leaked by 1-grid employees? Have forwarded the email to 1-grid support.
