    I cannot believe rain stole my money. I cancelled a month and a half ago and what a surprise to see they have deducted from my account.... I have reported has fraud. Customer care never reply to emails unless you owe them money

    Dsl telecoms and vox worst internet speed

    So I have had the worst slowest internet since I had it installed. It hasn't run at 25 mbs a second once. I'm a teacher and I have been kicked out of class and have lost money because of it. Vox is actually worse than rain which is hard to believe.... No resolution yet!!

    So I paid for internet then I decided to cancel my account therefore I have till the end of this month until it gets cut off. However due to rain being the worst they have cut me off 29 days early after i paid. So I was charged 479 rand for one days internet. This is madness and infuriating...

    Why would someone pay for uncapped internet and pay for something else at the same time?? Seems pretty stupid to me. Looks like you don't understand the concept of money and that not everybody can afford 2 forms of internet so go troll someone else
