Tips to Boost your eBucks - 1 July 2025 to 30 June 2026

FNB has not given me my points for my life insurance because I need to update my wellness profile on the app each year. However the nav_wellness option is no longer available on the app. Am I missing someting?
Need to use the cover calculator now - Menu - Insure - Cover Calculator. (fighting same battle) all info about you needs to have verified status apparently - did that in August but when checking it again employment and assets etc unverified - so ebucks says i dont qualify - so seems like a monthly struggle.....

What was the price of the iPhone? You can't exceed the eB4500 earn per month.

I speak under correction but I view it as a rolling 24 month earn window, there's no point taking up the device deal when you're capped on monthly earn, unless you were approaching the tail end of your 24 month earn period and the cap soon to be freed up means you can then earn on the more recent purchases.
Excellent explanation. The limitation is the monthly cap, not the number of devices. I am on PW lvl 5, so I get 100% back. I used it for an iPad Air and I am halfway through it. After the device is paid up, I will pick up another device.

Please advise for those that have done a migration from FNB to RMB. When is the best time of the month to do the migration without impacting my eBucks allocation?

Yes, thats what I thought. Thanks for confirming. Their statement of R18000 per year is misleading.

Anyone else here tracking 0 points for 'have a family account' under family in track my rewards?

For next month's tracking*

I need some advice please regarding income plus 10 debit transactions to qualify for the e3000 points on PW. The rule states that:

Qualifying debit transactions include cash withdrawals at ATM, Branch or Cash@Till®, cardless cash withdrawals, Debit card purchases, electronic and manual payments, eWallet and Money Transfer, internal and external debit orders, prepaid purchases (airtime, electricity and pay TV license) and LOTTO/Powerball purchases.

Will the following qualify as the 10 transactions:

2 x FNB bond debit orders
1 x Old Mutual debit order
1 x Virgin Active debit order
1 x Credit Card debit order
1 x FNB Tax Free Savings debit order
3 x Levy electronic payments
1 x Capitec electronic payment.

Thank you in advance.

To be safe and sure, I have 10+ recurring scheduled payments of R1 (not transfers) to my spouses FNB account. No fee for FNB-FNB payments and will give peace of mind on meeting the requirement. An alternative is to also set up a recurring payment to your credit card account (payment - not transfer).

Do scheduled payments count?

Has anybody been able to pay their bank fees with eBucks this month?
I haven't been able to.

Contacted someone on secure chat a few days ago and they said that they are experiencing issues.

So implied it would come right. Been checking daily and not appearing. My fee was on 5th Sep. So been almost a month now!

Of interest. This rule on PW will earn you points BUT if you read the rule to completion it is also a rule that determines whether you are actually eligible for an ebucks level !!

Quite sneaky how they included this.

If you don't meet the income and 10 debit transactions requirement you will be capped at level 3. Even if you earn enough points for level 5 !!

This one caught my partner last month.
