Not sorted thanks, my ONT was off for thirty minutes but I still have the same ip. Does it need to be off for longer perhaps?

I contacted support on WhatsApp and they tell me they can't assist with providing me a different ip address. They said it's impossible.

Never deal with support. They are airheads. They told me my email doesn't work because they discontinued it meanwhile back at band camp, I just needed to change server settings which I managed to figure out myself through trial and error. That was a year ago and email is still working.

They always apologise and promise to do better and they training them better yadda yadda, but this has been happening since ADSL days, so moral of the story, dont use "official support channels", use mybb support rather, then at least you not dealing with airheads.

Hi.

Please reboot the router to claim a new IP.
