Time to get ready for this. Already sent my documents off to the tax consultant to sort out in prepation.
Last year was a complete cluster **** with SARS systems when I become non-tax resident. Let's hope this year will be better.

The tax year runs from 1 March 2026 to 28th Feb 2027

With that said - we should be completing our tax returns now for the 2025/2026 tax year. So do with that as you will.

Yes for the 2027 tax year, but the current year of assessment is 2026 from 1 March 2025 to 28th Feb 2026.

Hello guys. Perhaps you can shed some light. Did my ITR12 today and calculated the result.

Appart from my normal IRP5 the only other income on it is interest received from Bank Zero for about R2000.00

The calculation shows I need to pay SARS R6000.00 ????

I don't understand how.
