I've only found 2 ISP's that show the 1000Mbps package. Cool Ideas and Atomic. R1700 and R1900. Their lower packages are pricey compared to Afrihost.

I saw that aswell... they must be smoking something strong.

Unfortunately, we do not have an estimated timeframe for the availability of the Openserve 1 Gbps line at this stage. The rollout is still a work in progress, and the required coverage map data has not yet been provided.

Can you please follow up with Openserve, bcos 2 other Isp's are already offering 1Gbps fibre.

Why could the other two ISP's do it so quickly?

One of them checked my location and they stated I am ready for 1Gbps.

My Openserve contact stated that ISP's systems just need to align (whatever that means)

Unfortunately, I don't have the answer to that. Yes, there are also other factors to consider, such as pricing confirmation.
