Decent pricing.

I think it was around this time last year I got my XL on sale. R19,999 from Kloppers. Just about paid off now if you work out how much I'm saving making my own.

Getting better at this. But one universal truth holds true. Whether you are a gear head, knob head, tech guru or pizzaiolo, get the right tools for the right job.

Got some Ooni accessories which made a hella difference. Wooden peel to launch and smaller peel to rotate the pizzas in the oven. Crap expensive but so far worth every penny in [lack of] frustration.

I always buy pre-made bases. I can't be arsed to make me own.

My toppings are:

Ina Paarman's pasta sauce (any variety really)
Bacon ... the whole packet (is the cheapest, but if I have money I'd buy stuff like ham and salami)
Peppers x 1 (green is the cheapest)
Mushrooms ... the whole packet (white button mushrooms are the cheapest)
Chey-eese ... Any cheese that's under R49.00/kg
