When was the last spike experienced? Was it over wifi?

Yes over wifi, ive only ever used wifi, dont have an Ethernet cable.There were no issues yesterday though, Last spike was 11pm ish on Saturday.

Anyone else seeing YT previews not loading on Whatsapp? Works fine on mobile data, but not on fibre connection.

Switched from the A DNS as well, no change.

Apparently my line speed has been upgraded to 50/25 Mbps, when I asked the support team on WhatsApp whether I need to reboot my router, they said, "power it off for about 15minutes then you should be good to go".

This did not work, so I Googled the issue and the advice returned says I need to shut down the ONT as well. Why does Afrihost support on WhatsApp so often give the wrong advice?
