Hello people, i know this has been posted a few times and I apologize for bringing it up again.
I have been using Telkom mobile and their WiFi for a while without any problems, I recently upgraded my contract to FreeMe family with them and lately trying to connect to 1 Telkom connect is a major issue.
I have setup my profile on the website, downloaded the required certificates but nothing works. I use an Apple device, and I have tried Samsung, lg, Huawei devices but no avail.
Every time I try to login, I enter my username and password and almost instantly it rejects my attempt saying my password is incorrect. Anyone else experience this?
All the SIM cards on my contract have no access, password is always incorrect, even after a reset.
