I thought that the Constitution disallowed discrimination based on skin colour?
I've been informed that from 8 December 2015 Old Mutual will not employ a white person (male or female) without approval from the Old Mutual CEO.
This applies to both permanent and contract employees.
If anyone knows what the policy is at the other large financial services companies like Sanlam, Allan Gray, Coronation, Prudential etc, can you please post here?
Perhaps an intrepid MyBB journalist can do some investigation and write an article?
