it boots into vista but does not load all the drivers and freezes. my cpu usually idled at about 65degrees

ok found it, it is disabled but my cpu multiplier is only 6.0?

seems like its dying anyway...
maybe the sensors are damaged?

ok fixed it guys... enabled EIST, pc switched on, ran a prime 95 torture test. bought coolermaster gemin II S and now core temp reporting 24 degrees. the multiplier is back to normal at 266.67 x 9 , my full 2.4ghz back and everything is stable....
