19" wide lcd choices

ok, sorry for drawing this out ppl, but now i'm stuck between 3 22" wide lcd's.

these are the choices...

personally i like the 1st one, but i just cant decide... again, same needs, it's for gaming and movies. some advice would be great as i know nothing about LCD monitor and the jargon used...

dude, any one of those 3 will put a smile on your face. Pick according to price & looks. Personally, i'd have the ASUS of those 3, but probably buy the samsung because you can pick it up for R2800. Also, find out what the dead pixel policy on those screens are.

ok, thanx for the info, i like the ASUS one too, where would i find out about the "dead pixel policy"?

mail them, each vendor and company has their own policy. I know for example that acer allows up to 3 dead pixels before they will do a swap. And trust me, when you switch on your brand new monitor and there is a red pixel right in the middle of the screen and they won't take it back, you won't be too happy.

LG FTW! I got mine on monday and it is awesome... no hassles setting it up what so ever and it took me about 5 mins to get the colours right the way i like them.

No ghosting what so ever playing games like BF2142 that i can notice and movies look great on it..
