By default you should be on a minimum of 2Mbps.

If you can't immediately move from MWeb (ie contract), then still give them a call to push you up from 1 to 2Mbps, and at the same time (help you) sort out the reason/s your line is slow .. especially if your ADSL line is managed by them.

Lol he's running at 23kb/s, that's half of dialup speeds.
