Dude he has been playing alot of those games as a striker, not a freaking midfield player - so the claim he is the highest scoring midfielder is BS - its like putting drogba as defender after him playing striker all season then us claiming we have the highest scoring center back or some such - its a crock of crap.

J

I would not be so surprised by this comment if you were some idiot off the street who didn't know anything about football. I thought you watched the game. I thought you knew something about it. Come on man, don't be silly.

You not heard of attacking midfielders then?

There is a big diff between an AM and a Striker - and in quite a few games he has been playing as a striker - so the AM bs doesnt fly with me - he cannot claim that all those goals are as a midfielder - some are, quite a few on the other hand are not though - even the big news agencies who report on sport e.g. skynews are reporting him as a striker...

They are wrong and you are wrong. His is a midfielder. There are no two ways about it. Just because someone scores a lot of goals does not automatically make him a striker. Please man, this is not netball.

I am not saying he is an out and out striker but he sometimes doubles as one in 4-5-1 - that would mean he was playing as a striker or forward and those goals could not be claimed as a midfielder..

When we play 4-5-1, the '1' is Rooney, and the '5' are midfielders.

Congrats 1-1 has screwed us , Avram + Kirkland + our players lapse in concentration just gifted United the league and as much as it grates on me to say it you deserve it , congratulations - now please fire Grant for that horrible team selection and buy Kirkland a beer.

hey jsheed didnt wigan draw with chelsea and make them lose the league in 1842?

a problem with chelsea has been they 1-0 and dont try to kill the other team off

go 2-0 up and then defend and play defensively

Ya, Grant has been costing.

And kudos for admitting that we deserve it :)

No Drogba did not perform too well warming the stands, he was rested. Lamps was called away an hour before the match due to a family illness.

Was interesting to see Bendtner in the crowd...

And well done to Man U, thursday will be an important night to give the 26th any meaning!
