south africa proved last night what ive been saying all along, we are the no 1 team on a good track

On a SA style track, slow pitches dont equal bad pitches.

good team performance, ppl keep saying kemp this kemp that, you guys onloy remember the bad games you dont remember all the times he has won games for us

Kemp and Telemachus did nothing in this WC!!!:p

he has not had alot of batting and i think our selectors would idiots to leave him out, he even bowled pretty well if you ask me

Ok

team should stay, if you get something working you dont change it

True, SO what do you suggest they do for the Semi? Same team or new team??

ashwell prince for captain are you mad, i think we should replace prince for bosman :)

power batting line up

You got it right yesterday, so maybe you get it right next time as well.:)

Kas Naidoo speaking about the commentary not being exciting - she should look at the retarded SABC commentators (herself included) first before speaking crap.

the aussies dont look at cricket like we do

they dont believe in a slow stabilizing batsmen, they believe you go out there and scores runs, you dont poke the balls around for 1's the whole match and this is the reason they are consistant

south africa has some of the best players in world but our outlook is negative, you into a match with the fastest biggest hitting okes in the game

you dont mess with around with guys like prince, for a test he's perfect for one day he is slow and negative

aussies are going to fall short this time, south africa will peak at the right time
the past will be forgotten and our time is now :)

Unfortunately the pitch we're playing on next week, is a slower pitch and favours spin bowlers. :(

The pitch we played on yesterday, is ironically the one where the final of the World Cup will be hosted.

1st Semi Final - Sabina Park, Jamaica
2nd Semi Final - Beausejour Stadium, St Lucia

The final is being played at Kensington Oval, Barbados - which is where we played England yesterday.

And the same one youll lost to Bangladesh on, If it rains there in the next 2 weeks, the pitches will be back to normal, slow.

Agree here with you about prince. I've never fancied him as a ODI player - i think his makeup if that of a test player.

Yer look, the semi final pitch (st.lucia) changes the game plan quite a bit. I'll gather up some stats on this pitch and post them here, or perhaps someone else can.

well i think we have learnt alot from our past mistakes, i also think if we can we must bat first on a slow pitch

also we have an all our pace attack on a slow pitch we need to stop trying to bowl so fast and slow the ball down

ive just got a feeling that we will beat the aussies are that i dont know, will let you know when i know who is playing

i think we came into the world cup thinkin we where all that because of the no 1 thing, we have been slapped into place by other teams, i think our head have shrunk and we will start to play the way i know we can

time will tell but that aussie game is going to be massive :)

Hattrick for Maharoof

Sorry... misread that: he took three wickets in the over, and is now on a hattrick.
