2009 DLF IPL

I'm sure south african crowds will treat that arsehole with the respect he deserves.

Lol, I like him and I also feel if you don't come right one place you may move on. Yes its not nice tohear him bad mouth SA every chance he gets but that hasn't happened in a long time.

Will be pretty pathetic if he gets booed playing for an IPL team.

+1. It is a shameful act to boo any sportsman if he/she isn't involved in faul play or some shameful act him/herself.

I am just looking forward to hot girls dancing, my team winning, drinking beer and seeing great cricket :D

They will , they sold the right to some websites which is way there was a big clash with some of the media agencies.

He is a pig and a prick of note Mr Shane Warne. That he is a cricketing genius is beyond reproach but as a human being??!! I have more respect for a cockroach...

ROFL :D

If you go and watch cricket you are there to WATCH CRICKETING SKILLS, not to see rolemodels for father/husband/brother of the year.

Yes boo him if he ever runs for daddy of the year but not on a cricket field barring if he does something dishonourable on the field.

I apologise for the cynicism...

I just don't see the appeal of the IPL.

A bunch of teams I have absolutely no emotional attachment to playing a form of the game that gets rid of all the skill of the game and reduces it to a lottery.

Why do people even bother?

Its not a lottery. There is a lot of skill involved in getting the ball in the block hole and a lot of pressure knowing if you miss you are going to get smashed. People said the same type of thing when 50 overs cricket started.

Besides in what other competition do you get as many wc players on the different teams going at each other as hard as possible. There are 8 very well balanced sides with some of the best cricketers in the world on show. Can't ask for much more.

1. It's a a good, clean, fun, party atmosphere for a couple of hours, what's not to like?
2. People like big hitting, 4s and 6s FTW!
3. The IPL franchise owners are SUPER HOT! Shilpa Chetty FTW!
4. You get to see all the top cricketers in the world slug it out right here at home. Kevin Pietersen FTL! :D
5. This tournament is great for the SA economy so suck it up and buy some tickets.
