Only started taking chances when the game was won. The normal gibbs t20 innings he takes those risks throughout the innings. He took a more cautions approach early on.

He's definitely changed his style somewhat and it seems to working with much better scores in the ODIs and now the T20.

Talking of the Helen Zille incident. I was sitting near where one group of the White Mischief Girls were. And when the people cheered the first time for Zille the girls burst into one of there routines thinking it was something to do with the opening ceremony :)

He played and missed early on and had a bit of luck.
That's normal for Gibbs.

So is it wrong to support a team based primarily on the quality of their cheerleaders? :D

They don't have particular cheerleaders.
The ones from the 1st game yesterday were cheerleaders in the 2nd game as well.

no idea who to support for this year, last year I backed the underdogs who ended up winning the comp, should probably wait and see in a week or 2 and just enjoy good cricket.

So instead of each team having their own squad of cheerleaders they share?

I'll stick with my Bangalore Royal Challengers from last year, just a pity about the beating they took last night :(

I remember correctly there were 4 sets of cheerleaders on Saturday. I think each team has its own cheerleaders. Royal Challengers have those American girls (its quite funny reading there diary on Cricinfo). And the rest of the teams have local girls
