2019 Salary Increase

I have had 2% over the last three years.

I have heard we are getting 5% as a maximum.

It should be closer to 25% based on my maths.

Just got my increase letter 7% which apparently is the highest in the company, although not what I was hoping for I get a load of freedom to do as I please. No one really checks in on me, I can work from home pop out when I like it seems like a decent deal for now.

huh?

Got 5.1%

This from a company which has been increasing its turnover >25% year on year for almost 8 years now.

Fokken suinige bliksems

And they looooooove to go on about salary and wage costs during middle management meetings, last one they were very proud that salaries had seen a significant reduction, I wanted to shout out that's because you don't replace the staff you ousted you halfwit then they want to stand and complain about OEE and administrative lead times worsening.

6.6% this year. 6.5% last year.

Can't complain. 68 people have been retrenched between this increase and the last one and my dad was just put on short-time.

-66% increase. Got tired of working 70+ hour weeks and paying 45% tax.

7.5%

Decided to up my pension fund contributions by 2.5% as well, so effectively a 5% increase

Got same as last year 7%
Wife was informed that they not getting any increase or bonus this year.
